Oncode Institute heeft vandaag de lancering aangekondigd van het Oncology Bridge Fund II (OBF II), in samenwerking met Ligase BioPartners. Dit nieuwe fonds bouwt voort op het succes van het eerste Oncology Bridge Fund (OBF I) en richt zich op het ondersteunen van bedrijven die werken aan de volgende generatie klinische oplossingen voor kankerpatiënten

Oncode Accelerator kondigt een wissel in het leiderschap aan die de afstemming met Oncode Institute verder versterkt. Per 1 april neemt Bertholt Leeftink, Managing Director van Oncode Institute, ook de rol op zich van CEO en voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur van Oncode Accelerator.

The Alpe d’HuZes/KWF Fund will invest €4.5 million in Oncode Institute over the next two years. Made possible by the participants of Alpe d’HuZes, this funding accelerates innovative cancer research and enables promising ideas to more quickly develop into applications for patients. A novel cancer treatment strategy that enables the targeted degradation of membrane proteins has received funding from the highly competitive European Innovation Council Pathfinder programme. Daar ontwikkelen zij AI-tools die helpen bij betere kankerdiagnostiek en behandelkeuzes. Hun uitgangspunt is helder. Kankeronderzoek wordt sterker wanneer wetenschappers en patiënten samenwerken.
